{"id":1064,"date":"2012-09-19T12:10:42","date_gmt":"2012-09-19T12:10:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/rs\/en\/water-flows-from-the-his-fingers\/"},"modified":"2012-09-19T12:10:42","modified_gmt":"2012-09-19T12:10:42","slug":"water-flows-from-the-his-fingers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/r-islam.com\/en\/water-flows-from-the-his-fingers\/","title":{"rendered":"Water Flows From the his Fingers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-1063\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/rs\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2012\/09\/water.jpg\" border=\"0\" width=\"293\" height=\"213\" style=\"float: right; margin: 15px 10px;\" \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Water  is a great blessing which Allaah The Almighty has granted to His  servants. Allaah The Almighty sends it from the sky and valleys flow  according to their capacity. He has deposited it on earth and formed  through it springs and rivers. Allaah The Almighty made water potable  and made life dependant on it. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">{And We made from water every living thing. Then will they not believe?<\/span>}<\/strong>[<strong>Quran 21:30<\/strong>]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Taking  into consideration that the springing of water from the earth is a sign  (proving the greatness of Allaah), and that its springing from hard  stones is a greater sign, what would the situation be if it were to flow  from somebody\u2019s fingers? That would surely be a miracle and a  supernatural event!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Water  flowed from among the fingers of the Prophet, sallallaahu \u2018alayhi wa  sallam, as a miracle that Allaah The Almighty granted him. It occurred  many times, on different occasions. The Companions witnessed it and  clearly reported this to us. <br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">One  of these incidents took place on the day of Al-Hudaybiyyah. Jaabir ibn  \u2018Abdullaah said: \u201cPeople were very thirsty on the day of Al-Hudaybiyyah.  There was a leather utensil in front of the Prophet, sallallaahu  \u2018alayhi wa sallam, who began to perform ablution. People rushed towards  him. He asked:<strong>&#8216;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">What is the matter?<\/span><strong>&#8216; <\/strong>They  said, &#8216;We have no water for ablution and drinking except what is in  front of you.&#8217; The Prophet, sallallaahu \u2018alayhi wa sallam, put his hand  in the utensil and water started to flow from among his fingers like  springs. We drank and made ablution. I asked, &#8216;How many were you?&#8217; He  said, &#8216;If we were one hundred thousand, it would suffice us. We were  fifteen hundred.'&#8221; [<strong>Al-Bukhaari and Muslim] This wording is narrated by Al-Bukhaari <\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Another  incident took place in Az-Zawraa&#8217;, a place in Madeenah next to the  market. Anas ibn Maalik said, &#8220;A utensil was brought to the Prophet,  sallallaahu \u2018alayhi wa sallam, while he was in Az-Zawraa&#8217;. He put his  hand in it, and water started to spring from between his fingers. People  consequently made ablution. Qataadah asked Anas &#8216;How many were you?&#8217; He  said, &#8216;Three hundred, or nearly three hundred.'&#8221; [Al-Bukhaari and  Muslim] This wording is narrated by Al-Bukhaari .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">A  third incident happened when water became scarce while the Prophet,  sallallaahu \u2018alayhi wa sallam, and the Companions were on a journey.  \u2018Abdullaah ibn Mas\u2018ood said,\u201cWe would consider the signs [miracles and  supernatural events] as blessings while you [people] consider [all of]  them as a warning. We were once on a journey with the Prophet,  sallallaahu \u2018alayhi wa sallam, and we ran out of water. He said:<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u2018Bring the water remaining with you!<\/span>\u2019  People brought a utensil containing a little water. The Prophet,  sallallaahu \u2018alayhi wa sallam, placed his hand in the utensil and said:  &#8216;C<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">ome to the blessed water, and the blessing is from Allaah<\/span>.&#8217;Indeed,  I saw water springing from among the fingers of the Prophet,  sallallaahu \u2018alayhi wa sallam. Also we would listen to the food exalting  Allaah while it was being eaten [by him].&#8221;\u00a0[<strong>Muslim<\/strong>]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">This  Prophetic miracle was clear evidence of the divine support that Allaah  The Almighty granted to His Prophet, sallallaahu \u2018alayhi wa sallam. This  and other miracles had a great effect on enhancing the Companions&#8217;  faith and consolidating their relations with Allaah The Almighty,  especially because they faced difficult conditions due to their struggle  with the people of falsehood including the disbelievers, the Jews and  the hypocrites. Such miracles supported them and increased their faith,  affected the disbelievers and the stubborn, and drew attention to the  fact that Allaah The Almighty is the Mighty and the Powerful who is able  to do anything on earth or in the sky.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Ref : www.islamweb.net<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Water is a great blessing which Allaah The Almighty has granted to His servants.
