Nac\u00ed en una familia cat\u00f3lica y nunca tuve la intensi\u00f3n de cambiar mi religi\u00f3n, pero alhamdulilllah (gracias a Dios) hoy soy musulmana y soy muy feliz. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La primera referencia que tuve del islam no fue buena porque estaba basada en dos pel\u00edculas que me hicieron desear jam\u00e1s poner un pie en ning\u00fan pa\u00eds isl\u00e1mico, particularmente Turqu\u00eda que fue donde se desarrollaba una de las historias.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>Sol\u00eda hacer muchas amistades en Internet y estaba muy en boga la red social Hi5, ah\u00ed me hice amiga de un chico, cuyo nombre omitir\u00e9 por respeto, y luego de un tiempo me di cuenta de dos cosas: era musulm\u00e1n y adem\u00e1s viv\u00eda en Turqu\u00eda, eso rompi\u00f3 con mis esquemas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Antes de conocer al turco los musulmanes eran para m\u00ed gente fan\u00e1tica y retrograda, pero \u00e9l no era nada de eso, al contrario: era el chico de 19 a\u00f1os m\u00e1s amable y educado que hab\u00eda conocido y adem\u00e1s era muy inteligente.<br \/>Pero como toda regla tiene su excepci\u00f3n yo quer\u00eda estar segura de que \u00e9l no era la excepci\u00f3n. No me cab\u00eda en la cabeza que las pel\u00edculas, los noticiarios e incluso los medios impresos mintieran. Entonces me puse a buscar musulmanes de otras partes del mundo: Argelia, Egipto, Marruecos y Arabia Saudita; todos ten\u00edan el com\u00fan denominador de la buena educaci\u00f3n, la amabilidad y la inteligencia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El turco y yo comenzamos una relaci\u00f3n sentimental a distancia. \u00c9l contestaba mis dudas respecto al islam porque me gustaba aprender, pero siempre le advert\u00ed que jam\u00e1s me cambiar\u00eda de religi\u00f3n porque yo estaba convencida de mi fe. Cuatro meses despu\u00e9s el \u201ccompromiso\u201dtermin\u00f3 pero a\u00fan conservaba la amistad de varios musulmanes, quienes segu\u00edan explic\u00e1ndome de la religi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Todo iba bien hasta que en 2010 me dijeron que en el islam Jes\u00fas (paz y bendiciones) era un profeta, eso me ofendi\u00f3 tanto que me obsesion\u00e9 con buscar algo con lo que pudiera demostrarles que estaban equivocados. Me acerqu\u00e9 al catolicismo y me ignoraron, luego entr\u00e9 a un foro cristiano donde&nbsp; hablaban muy mal de otras religiones y se me ocurri\u00f3 compartirles que los musulmanes eran buenas personas. El&nbsp; administrador me dijo: \u201cEste es un foro cristiano si no te gusta, vete\u201d, y me fui.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Para entonces le hab\u00eda dado mis datos a un egipcio que se ofreci\u00f3 a enviarme libros en espa\u00f1ol para comprender mejor el islam, yo acept\u00e9 porque no sab\u00eda que hab\u00eda musulmanes en M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Recib\u00ed varios libros y uno de ellos, \u201cEl verdadero mensaje de Jes\u00fas\u201d, parec\u00eda darme la oportunidad perfecta para \u201chundir\u201d los argumentos de&nbsp; los musulmanes. Tom\u00e9 el libro y como en \u00e9l hac\u00edan citas b\u00edblicas decid\u00ed cotejar uno a uno los fragmentos mencionados. Mi f\u00e9 cat\u00f3lica se desvaneci\u00f3 p\u00e1gina tras p\u00e1gina; cuando termin\u00e9 el libro no sab\u00eda si era musulmana, pero sab\u00eda que ya no era cat\u00f3lica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La duda no dur\u00f3 demasiado, busqu\u00e9 en la red qu\u00e9 se debe hacer para convertirse al islam y encontr\u00e9 la shahada: \u201cAsshaduan la illahailAllah, wa asshadu anna Muhammadan rasullulah\u201d (<span style=\"color: #008080;\">Atestiguo que no existe divinidad excepto Allah y que Muhammad es su siervo y Mensajero<\/span>).
