Si una persona lo pelea o insulta, debe decir: \u201cEstoy ayunando\u201d, dos veces. Por Quien tiene mi alma en Su mano, el olor de la boca del que ayuna es mejor ante Allah que la fragancia del almizcle. (Allah dice): \u2018Abandona su comida y su bebida por mi causa. Ayuna por mi y yo lo recompensar\u00e9 por ello. Cada Buena obra es equivalente a diez\u201d. Al-Bujari, no. 1894; Muslim, 1151.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2- Es Sunnah para la persona que ayuna comer el suhur, porque est\u00e1 comprobado en al-Sahihayn que Anas ibn Maalik (que Allah est\u00e9 complacido con \u00e9l) dijo: El Profeta, el Mensajero de Allah (la paz y las bendiciones de Allah desciendan sobre \u00e9l) dijo: \u00abComan el suhur, porque el \u00e9l est\u00e1 la bendici\u00f3n\u00bb. (Narrado por al-Bujari, 1923; Muslim, 1059).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3- Es Sunnah retrasar el suhur debido al informe narrado por al-Bujari de Anas de Zayd ibn Zaabit (que Allah est\u00e9 complacido con \u00e9l) que dijo: \u201cComimos el suhur con el Mensajero de Allah (la paz y las bendiciones de Allah desciendan sobre \u00e9l), luego \u00e9l se levant\u00f3 para orar\u201d. (Narrado por al-Bujari, 1921.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">4- Es Sunnah apresurarse para romper el ayuno porque el Profeta (la paz y las bendiciones de Allah desciendan sobre \u00e9l) dijo: \u201cLas personas estar\u00e1n bien siempre y cuando se apresuren a romper el ayuno\u201d. (Narrado por al-Bujari, 1957; Muslim, 1098). Vea tambi\u00e9n la pregunta n\u00famero 49716)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">5- Es Sunnah romper el ayuno con d\u00e1tiles frescos; si no hay, entonces con d\u00e1tiles secos; si no hay de ning\u00fan tipo, entonces con agua \u2013 debido al hadiz de Anas (que Allah est\u00e9 complacido con \u00e9l) dijo: El Mensajero de Allah (la paz y las bendiciones de Allah desciendan sobre \u00e9l) sol\u00eda romper su ayuno con d\u00e1tiles frescos antes de orar; si no hab\u00eda (d\u00e1tiles frescos), entonces lo hac\u00eda con d\u00e1tiles secos, y si no hab\u00eda (d\u00e1tiles secos) entonces lo hac\u00eda con unos pocos sorbos de agua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">(Narrado por Abu Dawud, n\u00famero 2356; al-Tirmidhi, 696; clasificado como hasan en al-Irwa\u2019, 4\/45)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">6- Es Sunnah al romper el ayuno decir lo que se narra en el hadiz, que es decir Bismillah. Esto es obligatorio seg\u00fan la opini\u00f3n correcta porque el Profeta (la paz y las bendiciones de Allah desciendan sobre \u00e9l) lo orden\u00f3. Las palabras \u201cAllaahumma laka sumtu wa \u2018ala rizqika aftartu, Allaahumma taqabbal minni, innaka antaal-samee\u2019 al-\u2018aleem (Oh Allah, por Ti he ayunado y con Tu provisi\u00f3n he roto mi ayuno, oh, Allah acepta de mi (este ayuno) porque t\u00fa eres Quien todo lo escucha, Quien todo lo sabe) son da\u2019if (d\u00e9biles), como fue expresado por Ibn al-Qayyim (Zaad al-Ma\u2019aad, 2\/51).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n existe otro informe: \u201cDhahaba al-\u2018zama\u2019 wa abtallat al-\u2018uruq wa zabata al-ayr in sha Allaah (la sed se ha ido, las venas se han humedecido y la recompensa est\u00e1 asegurada, in sha Allah)\u201d. (Narrado por Abu Dawud, 2357; al-Bayhaqi, 4\/239; clasificado como hasan en al-Irwa\u2019, 4\/39).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Existen hadices que hablan de la virtud del du\u2019a\u2019 de la persona que ayuna, como los siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">(i)Fue narrado de Anas (que Allah est\u00e9 complacido con \u00e9l) que el Profeta (la paz y las bendiciones de Allah desciendan sobre \u00e9l dijo: \u201cNo se rechazan tres plegarias: la plegaria del padre, la plegaria del que ayuna, y la plegaria del viajero\u201d. Narrado por al-Bayhaqi, 3\/345; clasificado como sahih por al-Albaani en al-Sahih 1797.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">(ii)Se narr\u00f3 de Abu Umaamah en un informe marfu\u2019: \u201cCada vez que el ayuno se rompe, Allah tiene personas que son rescatadas\u201d. Narrado por Ahmad, 21698; clasificado como sahih por al-Albaani en Sahih al-Targhib, 1\/491.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">(iii)Se narr\u00f3 de Abu Sa\u2019id al-Judri en un informe marfu\u2019: \u201cAllah rescata personas todos los d\u00edas y las noches \u2013es decir, durante Ramad\u00e1n \u2013 todos los d\u00edas y las noches se responde una plegaria del musulm\u00e1n\u201d.
