{"id":875,"date":"2012-10-02T15:31:17","date_gmt":"2012-10-02T15:31:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/rs\/sp\/2012\/10\/02\/el-profeta-muhammad-el-problema-del-terrorismo\/"},"modified":"2012-10-02T15:31:17","modified_gmt":"2012-10-02T15:31:17","slug":"el-profeta-muhammad-el-problema-del-terrorismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/r-islam.com\/sp\/el-profeta-muhammad-el-problema-del-terrorismo\/","title":{"rendered":"El terrorismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-874\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/rs\/sp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2012\/10\/321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"388\" height=\"231\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">El asesinato es uno de los peores y m\u00e1s grandes pecados que pueda cometer una persona,<\/span> adem\u00e1s que es uno de los problemas que m\u00e1s afectan a la sociedad y <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">amenazan su estabilidad<\/span>; por ello, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">en el Islam no es permitido quitarle la vida a ning\u00fan ser humano sino por un derecho y bajo el reglamento de la ley.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dice Al-lah, Alt\u00edsimo y Todopoderoso<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> (lo que se interpreta en espa\u00f1ol)<\/span>: <span style=\"color: #008000;\">{No mat\u00e9is al pr\u00f3jimo, pues Al-lah lo ha prohibido, salvo con justo motivo.}<\/span> [Cor\u00e1n 17:33]; y el Profeta Muhammad (la paz y las bendiciones de Al-lah sean con \u00e9l) dijo: <span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u201cSi todos los habitantes del cielo y la tierra se pusieran de acuerdo para matar a una persona sin justo motivo, Al-lah les arrojar\u00eda a todos al fuego del Infierno\u201d<\/span>. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">[At-Tirmidhi]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En este mismo orden de ideas encontramos que el Islam est\u00e1 prohibido rotundamente amenazar y aterrorizar a las personas, incluso en broma no es permitido. El Mensajero de Al-lah <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">(la paz y las benciones de Al-lah sean con \u00e9l)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> dijo: <span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u201cA quien apunta a su hermano con un arma, los \u00e1ngeles lo maldicen, incluso si se trata de su hermano de sangre\u201d.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">[Muslim]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El juicio de la prohibici\u00f3n de la amenaza no se limita solamente a los musulmanes, tambi\u00e9n incluye a <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">los no musulmanes<\/span>, como lo atestigua la misma historia del Islam. Ibn Hibban y Al Hakim, que Al-lah los Tenga en Su misericordia, registraron que Zaid ibn Su\u2019nah, un jud\u00edo con quien el Profeta Muhammad <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">(la paz y las benciones de Al-lah sean con \u00e9l)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> hab\u00eda contra\u00eddo una deuda, se acerc\u00f3 al Mensajero de Al-lah, lo agarr\u00f3 por la camisa y con dureza le dijo: \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no me pagas lo que me debes, Muhammad? Ustedes los descendientes de \u2018Abdul Muttalib son gente que se retrasa en el pago de las deudas, lo s\u00e9 porque los conozco\u201d. El mismo Zaid relat\u00f3: \u201cMir\u00e9 a Omar ibn Al Jattab y vi en su rostro la furia y la ira en contra m\u00eda, me dijo: \u2018\u00bfTe atreves a hablar y tratar al Mensajero de Al-lah (la paz y las bendiciones de Al-lah sean con \u00e9l) de esa manera delante de m\u00ed? Si no fuera que por este hecho no es permitido que se tome la vida de alguien, te atravesar\u00eda con mi espada\u2019\u201d. El Profeta Muhammad <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">(la paz y las bendiciones de Al-lah sean con \u00e9l)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> con toda la calma del mundo se dirigi\u00f3 a Omar dici\u00e9ndole: <span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u201cNecesit\u00e1bamos m\u00e1s de ti Omar. Hubiese sido mejor que nos aconsejaras, a m\u00ed para pagar mis deudas y a \u00e9l para que reclame sus derechos con m\u00e1s respeto y mejores maneras. Ve y p\u00e1gale su deuda, adem\u00e1s dale 20 Sa\u2019 (un Sa\u2019 equivale a 2 kilos con 450 gramos aproximadamente) de d\u00e1tiles en compensaci\u00f3n por tu amenaza y el susto que le hiciste pasar\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El simple hecho de asustar a una persona, sea en broma o no,&nbsp; es il\u00edcito en nuestra religi\u00f3n. \u2018Abdur-Rahman ibn Abi Laila report\u00f3 que estando en un viaje con el Mensajero de Al-lah <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">(la paz y las bendiciones de Al-lah sean con \u00e9l)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">, un hombre fue a dormir,&nbsp; y durante su sue\u00f1o lo asustaron con una cuerda; entonces, el Profeta Muhammad <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">(la paz y las bendiciones de Al-lah sean con \u00e9l)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> dijo:<span style=\"color: #008080;\"> \u201cNo est\u00e1 permitido que un musulm\u00e1n asuste a otro\u201d.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">[Abu Dawud]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Para impedir que las personas&nbsp; que no asustan con el castigo de Al-lah , o que no son conscientes de que \u00c9l Est\u00e1 atento a todo lo que hacemos, es que en el Islam existe un ordenamientos judicial y penal en el que se establecen sanciones y penas para quienes transgreden los l\u00edmites establecidos por la ley. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Esta es la forma en que con la Shari\u2019ah se protege la vida, la raz\u00f3n, los bienes, la dignidad y la religi\u00f3n, para que la gente pueda vivir tranquila y segura en la sociedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, cabe mencionar que hasta en los casos extremos el Islam dicta leyes y condiciones llenas de misericordia hacia todo el mundo. En la guerra, por ejemplo, primero que todo, est\u00e1 prohibido rotundamente que los musulmanes inicien un conflicto y que sean los agresores, s\u00f3lo se permite entrar en un combate por defensa de los principios que la Shari\u2019ah busca proteger.
