Makkah : Sara Omer, the 90-year-old grandmother of US President Barack Obama has appealed the US President to embrace Islam.
Talking to Arabic daily ‘Al Watan’ she said that she has prayed to Almighty Allah for his grandson, Barack Obama to revert to Islam.
She also said that she had prayed while on Umrah so that Allah guide him to Islam.
Sara Omar arrived in Makkah with her son Saeed Obama, uncle of President Obama, and her grandson Mousa Obama to perform Umrah.
Sara Omer had made similar prayers in 2010 when she visited Makkah for Haj.
